Can I or can’t I…?

Can I or can’t I…?
My solicitor is confused. I am confused. Can I appeal or can’t I? I received two letters with different court papers in answer to my application to appeal.  One of them says you are crazy to even ask to appeal and one says yes we accept you can appeal.

Dear UKBA…

UKBA

I have been so grateful to my friends and supporters, who have been sending me letters of support for my case and saying why they think I should be allowed to stay in UK. I have also been writing my statement with my solicitor. But I wanted to tell UKBA in my own words too…

Dear Sir or Madam:

I am writing to explain my life which I have built in the UK in these 4.5 years. I am from Afghanistan and I came to UK at the age of 16.

The reason I came to UK was because my life was in danger and I’m afraid to go back because there are people who are looking for me to kill me or force me to fight. If I return they will find me one day and I don’t want to join them because now I know which way is right and wrong.

My terrible day

My terrible day

My day has been terrible and I don’t even know how to talk about it. It was my first day of when I got my ICT course in college after my social worker agreed to pay for my fees and I renewed my ID card. I thought my life was just starting to be ok.

I just want to study!

I just want to study!
I’m not sure if anyone in my family has been to university, but my dad was a very educated man…I think I will be the first one in my family to go university. I will try my best to go there and I really would love to go.
